NewEyes Hardware — Terms of Sale

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Sale apply when you buy NewEyes hardware from Collov Labs ("Collov," "we," "us") at neweyesai.com or through the NewEyes app. Your use of the NewEyes app and online services is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Sale, our Shipping Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Limited Warranty.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in the United States to place an order.

2. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping, which are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Collov does not receive or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place the order.
  • We may change prices at any time, but a change does not affect an order we have already accepted.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you received an order confirmation.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product. We may limit quantities per customer and may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud, resale, or a product becoming unavailable), in which case we refund you in full.

4. Pre-orders

When a product is offered as a pre-order, the expected ship date is shown before you buy and you are charged when you place the order. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. See the Shipping Policy for what happens if the date slips.

5. Linking your order to your NewEyes account

If you buy in the NewEyes app, or enter your NewEyes Support ID on our website, your order is linked to that account so the device shows up in the app. Ownership of the hardware does not depend on having a NewEyes account, and linking does not change your rights under these Terms of Sale.

6. Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is delivered to your shipping address.

7. Returns and warranty

Returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Defects are covered by our One-Year Limited Warranty.

8. Using a camera device responsibly

NewEyes Sight and NewEyes Halo have cameras and microphones. You are responsible for using them lawfully. Laws in many places, including California, require the consent of everyone being recorded in a private conversation, and many venues prohibit recording. Do not use the camera where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (such as restrooms or locker rooms), do not record people who have asked you not to, and do not use the device in a way that distracts you while driving or operating machinery. The capture indicator must not be covered or disabled.

9. Safety

Read the safety and regulatory information in the box before use. Keep the device and its battery away from extreme heat, do not open or puncture it, and charge it only with the supplied cable or a certified USB charger. Stop using the device and contact us if it becomes hot, swells, or is damaged. The products comply with FCC Part 15 and carry CE marking.

10. Export

You may not export products bought from us in violation of U.S. export control or sanctions laws.

11. Limitation of liability, disputes and governing law

Except for the remedies in the Limited Warranty and to the extent permitted by law, the limitation of liability, dispute resolution and arbitration, and governing law sections of our Terms of Service (Sections 18, 20 and 24) apply to these Terms of Sale. Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms of Sale. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
