NewEyes Hardware — One-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: October 6, 2026

1. What this warranty covers

Collov Labs ("Collov") warrants that NewEyes Sight glasses and NewEyes Halo earphones ("Product") bought new from Collov or an authorized reseller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the original delivery date ("Warranty Period"). This includes the built-in battery, which is covered against defects but not against the normal gradual loss of capacity that all rechargeable batteries have.

2. What we will do

If a covered defect appears during the Warranty Period, we will, at our option, (a) repair the Product, (b) replace it with a new or refurbished Product of equal or better function, or (c) refund the purchase price. A repaired or replaced Product is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 90 days, whichever is longer. Collov pays shipping both ways for valid warranty claims within the United States.

3. What this warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs and cosmetic damage;
• Damage from accidents, drops, crushing, liquid exposure beyond the Product's rating, fire, or extreme heat or cold;
• Damage from misuse, unauthorized repair or modification, or use with unapproved chargers or accessories;
• Prescription lenses or lens fitting done by a third party;
• Products with a removed or altered serial number;
• Software, the NewEyes app or online services, which are covered by our Terms of Service;
• Loss of data, captures or content stored on the Product.

4. How to make a claim

Email cs@collov.com with your order number or proof of purchase, the Product's serial number, and a description or video of the issue. We may ask you to try troubleshooting steps first. If the claim is approved, we send you shipping instructions and a prepaid label.

5. Limitations

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN PLACE OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD. COLLOV IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY.

Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
